a. Users agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for services through the payment methods provided by Toolio.

b. Toolio may collect a service fee or commission from Service Providers for facilitating bookings.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Service cancellation policies and refund procedures are determined by Service Providers and must be reviewed by Users before booking. Toolio may facilitate refunds as per Service Providers’ policies.

8. User Conduct

a. Users agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful behavior on Toolio.

b. Users must respect Service Providers and fellow Users and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any offensive behavior.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

a. Toolio collects and uses personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our app, you consent to our data practices.

b. Users and Service Providers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and ensuring the security of their data.

10. Intellectual Property

a. Toolio and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. Users and Service Providers may not copy, modify, or distribute Toolio’s content without authorization.

Toolio reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for users who violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved in the Federal High Courts of Nigeria.
